Pine Ridge Landscaping did a phenomenal job with our outdoor patio project. From design to installation everything turned out wonderful. They were professional, on-time, and very easy to work with. Pine Ridge Landscaping did an exquisite job on our backyard! We got in touch with them around the time that they were experiencing some personnel changes, which made us nervous at the onset, but those fears were quickly allayed. Keith and Carlos came out to review our space and to lay out a beautiful plan for a completely transformed backyard for us, including soil grading, better drainage, a new deck, retaining walls, and a brand new section of fence. Thereafter they took on the unpleasant task of gaining permissions from our grumpy HOA, which was not fun at all and something we were relieved they took on so that we didn't have to. Throughout this part of the process, Jane, their office manager, kept us abreast of every step; and whenever we had questions, she was extremely responsive, so we never had to worry about a thing. Once the HOA blessed the project, Pine Ridge got us on their schedule and sent their team out. I can't say enough good things about the team, but I'll try: They were on time every day, considerate, and extremely hard workers with laser-like attention to detail. They not only transformed our backyard into a lovely space, but they also hauled away some extra wood that was on our deck and left everything spotless and organized each day. Carlos, the foreman, would occasionally come out and check in on the project, and he consulted us and ran suggestions by us every step of the way. When the team was all done, they washed our deck and pavers and even seeded the area outside our back gate so new grass would grow. Janelle, the CFO, was diligent with answering questions about our payments, too. All around, we loved our experience with this company, and we are hoping to use them again to give our front yard an upgrade, too! Five enthusiastic stars!

Don't waste your money. Completely over-priced and under impressed. I had Pine come out last year for a Spring clean up and I literally had to show them what branches to cut because their crew didn't know how to prune a tree. I hired another landscaper this year who actually knew how to prune a tree, and I didn't even have to step out of the house.
